Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet ALL the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in brand-new condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including box, accessories, and any included items.

The product must not have scratches, dents, or signs of use.

Return request must be submitted with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we will replace it at no extra cost.

⚠️ Critical: Please report this within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo or video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged products (by customer)

Items without original packaging

Sale or clearance items

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Approval & Exchange

If approved, you can choose between an exchange for a different product or a store credit. Exchange items are shipped within 5–7 working days.
