Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) must be provided.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Refund

Refund Verification
Our team will verify your order details and confirm eligibility for a refund based on our policy terms.
Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at help@dxdeals.com.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a refund for the product within 15 days after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds are applicable if the delivered item is found damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items or with any other issue. There has to be sufficient proof (In case of damage) like unboxing video. Inspect your order upon receipt, If the item is defective, damaged, missing item or incorrect, contact us immediately within 24 hours at help@dxdeals.com to resolve the issue. Unfortunately thereafter will not be considered.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Manufacturer Warranty
All items include a standard 1-year warranty. For warranty claims, contact help@dxdeals.com with your order details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.
Delayed or Lost Refunds:
If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@dxdeals.com.
In case of lost or delayed refunds, we will investigate with our payment processor and resolve the same.
