To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) must be provided.

Prepare the Item

Ensure the item is in its original condition: unopened, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Follow the provided shipping or pickup instructions.

Required Documentation

Include a copy of the return form in the package or contact us for the same. If applicable, attach photos of any damage or defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at help@dxdeals.com.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the product within 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns are applicable if the delivered item is found damaged, non-original or with any other issue. There has to be sufficient proof (In case of damage) like unboxing video. Inspect your order upon receipt, If the item is defective, damaged, missing item or incorrect, contact us immediately within 24 hours at help@dxdeals.com to resolve the issue. Unfortunately thereafter will not be considered.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Manufacturer Warranty

All items include a standard 1-year warranty. For warranty claims, contact help@dxdeals.com with your order details.

Refunds

Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.

Delayed or Lost Refunds:

If more than 14 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@dxdeals.com.
In case of lost or delayed refunds, we will investigate with our payment processor and resolve the same.
